How is this different from a corporate health checkup or a Cult.fit program?
A corporate health checkup runs 12–15 markers, generates a PDF, and is forgotten in two weeks. A fitness program prescribes generic workouts. We do neither. We run 50+ deep markers (most of which corporate panels skip — ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, hsCRP), build a personalized intervention from your specific data, support you through 90 days of behavioural change, and then re-measure. The before-and-after is the entire point.
Are you a clinic? Do you have doctors?
We are a coaching and analytics platform with a medical advisor. We work with hospital-grade laboratories for bloodwork (NABL accredited) and our protocols are reviewed by a longevity-focused physician. We are not your primary care provider. We work alongside your doctor, not in place of them.
Does this work for women in their 30s and 40s?
Yes — and the panel includes a complete sex-hormone profile and considers cycle timing for bloodwork. The intervention adjusts for menstrual phase, perimenopause considerations, and hormone-related metabolic shifts. We don't apply male-default protocols to women. Different physiology, different prescription.
What if my biomarkers don't improve in 90 days?
We re-test, regardless of the outcome. If a marker hasn't moved, the protocol adapts — and we extend the engagement at no extra cost until that marker has been addressed properly. Our reputation depends on outcomes, so we treat non-movement as our problem, not yours. We'll tell you transparently which markers are slow movers (some take 6+ months, biologically) and which aren't budging because of compliance vs. biology.
Where do I get the bloodwork done?
A licensed phlebotomist visits your home or office for the fasted blood draw — no clinic visit required. Samples go directly to our partner NABL-accredited lab. Typical turnaround for full results is 5–7 working days. Available across Hyderabad, with expansion to Bangalore and Pune in the next quarter.
What happens to my data?
Your data is yours. You own it, you can export it, you can delete it. We use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our protocols across cohorts — never identifiable individual data. We never sell data, period. We're not an ad-supported platform and never will be. Our data ethics policy is published in full at /privacy.
Can I do this if I'm already on medication?
In most cases, yes — and our medical advisor will review your current medications before designing your protocol. We never recommend stopping or changing prescription medication. For some active conditions, we may suggest waiting until you've stabilized with your physician first. The free initial consultation is partly to figure this out.
